What we store
We store the email you type, your site URL, your business name, the questions, the rival names, and the report. We also store your sign-up number, which price you were shown, and whether you chose a paid check.
Who else sees the questions
A live check sends your questions, site, and rival names to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity. Those companies answer the questions. A sample check does not send anything to them.
Your site
A live check reads public pages on your site, such as pricing and features. We use that text to see if an AI stated a wrong fact. We do not try to log in. We do not read private pages.
Payments
Stripe handles card payments. We do not store your card number. The first check is free. A paid check runs only after Stripe tells us the payment went through.
We use your email to send the report. We do not sell your email or your report. If email sending is not set up, we keep the report on the site and do not send it.
How long we keep it
We keep the report so you can open it again. Email hello@buyerasks.com and ask us to delete your data.
Your report link
Anyone with your report link can open that report. The link is long and random. Do not share it if you want to keep the report private.
